Sorry if someone has already pointed this out, but OTC Markets.Com has the Outstanding at 11,792,579 as of Aug 3, 2010. Are they mistaken?

Ok, for all the ppl, that are new on this board, here are some numbers for you to see, what we can possibly expect from next week:


My partner, speckulater already did it for PDPRD having a market cap of 2 million USD!

PDPRD @ $2 Million Value:

- A completed Reverse Merger, new company, restructuring of the shares already done this could be valued anywhere from $5 - $10 million or higher.

Let's just calculate $2 million.

$2 million / 94.5 million shares = .021

= $0.021 share price


Now we also got a new number of O/S from the OTC pinksheets website. They are talking about an O/S of 11.8 million shares!!!

PDPRD @ $2 Million Value and 11.8 Million O/S:

$2 Million / 11,8 million shares = .169

= $0.169 share price


As we all hope, we will get a PR from Marathon next week. There could also be some numbers about their financials being included. So that we can also play the game with a 5 million and 10 million market cap, which are both not unsusual for a OTC stock!!!

PDPRD @ $5 Million Value and 11.8 Million O/S:

$5 Million / 11,8 million shares = .42

= $0.42 share price



And finally:

PDPRD @ $ 10 Million Value and 11.8 Million O/S:

$10 Million / 11,8 million shares = .847

= $0.847 share price



So i think it's no dreaming, if we can talk of a possible 10-30 bagger in the next 1-2 weeks!!!

It's everybody's own decision, if he wanna join this ride. I was just playing with some numbers but most of the times, the stocks reach their markets caps especially after a R/S, when the SS is new, the company is new and the PPS is looking for it's right price, then the PPS can come quite close to the market cap!!!
