nikodemos, none of your WHY, is not real. IMO.
it is EASY to ask just WHY. sometime if I am lazy to find an answer, I would like to ask just why?
giving an answer for a repeated question is very difficult.
satisfying WHY is few words is not possible.
1. "TA gags the R/S? "
who told you this? do you have any proof?
2. "restricted shares are being dumped into the float"
are you sure? do you have link to support?
3. Why they don't use the money they have to remove Caveat Emptor label on PS, clean up their financials & promote transparency
are you sure that ENTI is not taking any step to remove CE?
4. Why ENTI does not have LIVE conference calls?
for a startup company it is absolutely waste of resource. I will recommend them not to go for LIVE CC until 2011. moreover no pinksheet company will not even bother about updating you on what is going on, every week. ENTI is doing this favor. So it is unfair to blame ENTI for not conducting LIVE CC.
5. Why the pps has PLUMMETED?
there are many theories. MM play, panic selling, ENTI's planned share transfer.
6. Why the overall lack of transparency & what they plan on doing about it,...immediately
ENTI has revealed most of their plan upfront. if you are asking for more transparency, sorry it is an over expectation, though ENTI can meet that. But ENTI is very transparent about its plan than any other pinksheet company.
7. Why haven't they gotten a NEW TIMELINE out with exact & precise dates for the work they are doing so we can know what to expect
there are 2 types of people. some dont want to miss timeline. some want to republish if the timeline missed. whom do you want to satisfy when they are totally contradict to eachother.
IMO, ENTI is on track. and it is acceptable if they see a drag in getting contract with SP or LABELS. It is not a joke to get a HUGE contract.
