OSEE it's moving at the Berlin Stock Exchange:

After reaching a 0.01 Euro low on January 28 (?), it's OSEE:BE it's now at 0.03 Euro ($0.0405), and the volume starts to increase. It reached 50K today. Is this in anticipation of a good Q release next week?

Just in: NEW YORK (MarketWatch) - U.S. stocks were mixed midday Thursday with blue chips logging solid gains but the Nasdaq falling amid continued weakness in technology with the exception of chip stocks which rallied on bullish broker calls.

Note: The Q (due any day now) should be good. Semi is on the rise, and most semi companies are reporting strong gains. Hence, OSEE will most probably do good as well, IMO.
