Yes, the shares are now worth dirt. They screwed the stockholders as do nearly all of these pink operators. The A/S means nothing. There are virtually unlimited shares. Authorize a few more billion or Reverse Split 10,000 for 1. These bitches don't care how many they Dump on us...They're making 'free money'. They tried dumping slow & before they decided to 'Speed Dump' I averaged down a few times thinking that they would be smart and keep the price up while they augmented the 'real' brick & mortar business.... but hell no. Selling stock is their 'real' business.... much more lucrative. My $4K 'investment' is worth $100.
Don't worry...they'll somehow provide more shares as soon as they run out of the first billion.... IMO.
If they're Diluting they're not making any money because shares at this point are Dirt Cheap!
