Don't forget, as everyone here is trying to figure out the logic behind the low share price of CSGH, that the market is driven by fear and greed, not logic.
As Florinda has pointed out, it is possible that seed investors are exiting the stock not because they have not been properly "convinced" of its value, not even for "fear" that the stock is going down, but "greed" in that they know they can make a certain percentage gain by repeating their early "angel" investments, in another 2 or 3 emerging Chinese companies, that are knocking on their door. In other words, they are trading away the possible for the known payoff.
And there are no doubt some investors who are unloading due to fear, that maybe, the audit will not turn out well.
It is at times like these that you find out if you have the stomach for these little stocks, because sometimes, you simply have to be comfortable with a little uncertainty when you believe that the market is not correctly pricing the potential of this stock. (That's where I am, and am happy to wait until earnings, or other news, demonstrates that the current price is too low.) When the market begins to fully value, or perhaps swings to overvaluation, then another fear and greed cycle begins: fear that you might lose the gain, or greed that if the stock can go up 4 or 5 times, perhaps it can go up by ten times. Another balance point will be reached. And the process repeats.
