My sense from having been a long-term shareholder is that LDSR is legit, but needs lots of help to grow (M&A), and get up to a more reasonable valuation (IR activities).
CEO of LDSR has been attending the Toronto conference for the last two years, and seems like he is trying to get an M&A arranged as much as investor interest.
Have not executed well so far, so let's hope it works out soon with VECT. If it does, they will take off.
