No EC or Bondholder objection.
Puzzling.
In Chemtura, the bondholders at least filed a support motion.
In this case there is neither support or objection from either.
It might come down on PACER late, but those electronic filings are almost instantaneous I thought.
Could they all still be working with the Debtors as KE's attorney said in court last week ??
