That type of scenario is what I was alluding to a few days ago. When you look at all of these activities and dollars flying around it just doesn't make sense based upon the pure BK case and monies involved. To be frank, that is why I continue to hold onto this stock. It smells to me like someone knows these patents are worth lots of money wants to do something with this product. Otherwise I can't see YA spending so much to get nothing back other than some patents. Also, I can't see Stern putting the money he is putting in knowing all of this unless he sees some additional value. This is an enigma that I want to hold onto to see what happens. Smarter people than me are spending money here for what seems like small potatoes in the long run. Gotta be a big win for somebody. Just hoping I'm on the right side.
