DEER: yes the dilution will affect eps. This may be one of the reasons why the stock got hammered (together with other China stocks) to the point where it was very undervalued and Mgmt decided to do the share buyback and invest in their stock. Same situation as CHBT and TRIT. Also markey tends to just see the dilution and punish the stock but forget the cash (if not used for an acquisition) that the dilution brought with it.
