"FFGO is selling their 2 gold claims and distributing a cash or share dividend. FFGO and the purchasing company will file SEC filings on Aug 12th.

NOTE: Dividend will NOT be restricted shares ....per FFGO !

There are 2 dividends from the sale of gold claims: One is an Historical dividend for shareholders owning shares in Nov 7th 2005.

The second dividend is for CURRENT shareholders and the dividend is set at 0.003449 per FFGO share.

Can't be many mining companies with that kind of money lying around.

I'd say ZERO.

But who knows, maybe you can find one or two.
