What he means by "Cobroxin failed", as he described in a message on another board, is that some of his *cough* "patients", whomever they are (he doesn't claim to be an MD) tried the spray for a day or two and got no relief, so they gave up, and he let them, instead of encouraging them to stick with it for a few more days.

As the rest of us spray users well know, the time it for enough of the spray to build up in the CNS and become effective at blocking the pain receptors is a variable and can take up to a week or more. Perhaps that's the true reason for the production of Nyloxin, to reduce the time it takes to become effective by increasing the amount of active compound in the spray? I just ended up double dosing in the end, and that works just fine for me. Some days I even forget to take my afternoon or evening doses, which is both good and bad....
