No one really knows... it is certainly *possible*... but with 2B shares floating about and no shares with verifiable restrictions (aside from the company's word), I personally would conclude the opposite is more likely...

That's why i'm bringing in some heavy hitters.....We'll take all the air shares they will give us.

As a long, I wish you luck... but it was tried recently and the people trying it lost their shirts due to a a series of dilution announcements.
