I'll try.
CTC produces the protuded core for ACCC cable.
General Cable has the patent on the trapizodal shaped conductors
which it wraps around CTC's core.
ACSR cable uses a steel core that General Cable wraps
with their conductors.
The arrangement with GC increases the exposure by using their
sales force and their contacts.
CTC is saving money on the sales force and years in time
to cultivate the contacts.
