You are correct he does work for DMXP (probably contract or by press release), but not accountable,he is only the printing press. He is liable if he is changing the info that dmxp provides, but highly doubt he would want to damage his reputation in doing so. And I dont mean reputation as in releasing positive news, his repution is accurate and timely work.
