Just got an email from Venkat Kakani, Pristine Pharma, and is now confirmed that what's on the website is indeed true! He said that the formal information release will made by Michelex soon. He is also forwarding my email to the concerned as well:) So, there we have it! CONFIRMED!

I will also be saving this email I received today so if there are any questions, I will have this to back me up!

Investo7! well said and i couldn't agree more that Mr G was no CEO! i've been in MLXO as long as you but just did not use this chat room. we actually have revenues with the new company! WOW!
i've waited this long so i'm in no hurry to see what develops because it can only be a heck of alot more positive and exciting than what was promised in the past under Mr G's watch! enough said about the 1/2 empty glass so on to the 1/2 full glass of the future!!
