I have never seen the IRS issues quantified as they are here. The IRS is owed 1mm in unpaid taxes (feds), do you have a sense of what they owe the state? The IRS has petitioned the court to move to chapter 7, yesterday (Doc 104). That is a more sincere request than asking for a hearing.
Do you realize that any capital that comes into the company will go to pay them first?
