they'll just show up
best guess is they wont be issued until after the name and ticker change to KATG. once that happens they have to announce the increase in O/S, soon after we'll be getting them

I'm not sure, but I think that is the case. You will have to pay the transfer fee which is the cost of a normal trade. Ex mine is ameritrade so I have an extra $9.99 standing by for my KATG shares.
