Steve, I would suggest that the statement in Answer #1 that, "both parties have prepared and completed the necessary documentation for signature that will be filed with the applicable government offices, agencies in Chile, and the appropriate consular offices", assumes that we are WAY BEYOND the Letter or Intent stage that some keep referring to. A LOI is usually interpreted as something that is signed at the BEGINNING of the negotiating process. There have been rumors in recent weeks that they had signed a Letter or AGREEMENT. And a LOA is usually interpreted as something that is signed at the END or the negotiating process.
But according to the Q&A, we are even beyond that point in the process. We are supposedly now to the point of signature contracts being written.
