I spoke to Mr. Heil this morning. He seems pretty immune to worries about the stock price, more concerned with meeting the goal of one million subscribers by year's end. They are apparently on track to meet that goal, but there is still no effective metric like an average-price-per-contract. I like the fact that they already have hardware being installed and working their ads into markets. It shows early integration success.
As far as the ceo's past problems, I'm aware of the DirectTV lawsuit and his ouster from the board of Corridor Communications. Feel free to post links, etc to anything else we should know.
