I've been in and out of vipr for more than a year and a half. I just thought it was odd that there wasn't even one trade, and that if there was someone here who had a more detailed look at level to they could share it.
OK, 25,000 went thru at 12:22, so it's not halted, just very unusual almost 3 hrs before a trade, I know were a little quiet lately waitng for news, and as stated before when news is about to come out, this thing is leaked before hand. Was thing they halted this themselves to prevent a run up or down...only reason I thru it out there....Bill
