No. But we can assume XDR will be priced at a premium to GDDR3. That’s the target segment where it’s currently being positioned.
As for “mass production”, I think that only indicates the status of the product and not quantities being manufactured.
I imagine Sony and IBM have qualified their customer samples and are receiving production units for prototypes, etc.
When a customer goes into volume production using XDR we’ll surely hear about it from Rambus.
In fact, we should be hearing about new design wins about now.
