I assume you mean the resolution of Note M when you refer to the "Quirk Deal". I don't think Quirk was the investor behind the Note M claim.

I have always thought there was a lot of money on the sidelines waiting for the Note M issue to go away. Today's volume is likely due to more investor confidence and way less risk involved.
