Jay... How exactly do you know that no such audit took place? were you waiting for your call? How would you like to see such an audit take place while a stock is trading?

And with their nearly year-long investigation, didn't the SEC ultimately rely, significantly, on Pensley's testimony?

How many times and ways do you need to be told NO! They talked to a broker, they got confirmation from a TA, they had court documents with a TA and SPNG ultimately admitting to a share structure, and they have certs held in Cede and Co. Just because YOU don't know doesn't mean THEY don't know.

The minute the 3 BILLION share structure was validated, so was the P&D. What part of that do you not understand?

As for the leak, why not start with WAS IT REAL DATA? There was inside information that you traded on that was fake data but you believed it was inside info and you were happy with that, why do you have a problem with FACTUAL data being used to offset the pumping taking place? How much Doug Furth, Steven Hess, Darklady data about deals, hedgefunds, takeovers, sales, etc...was information that was otherwise non-public and you have no issue with those tidbits of bogus information and yet you have issue with real data being leaked. Have you seen wikileaks?

jay, tell me how the release of this insignificant information that in other company's is freely available somehow impacts sales that otherwise don't exist, customers that are in reality virtual, vendors that don't get paid, or the fact that the shares were issued to stock promoters to pump false info on public message boards.

Tell me how the release of this information in any way changed the fact that you own a fraction of 3 Billion shares in a company that has very little in revenues and can't turn a profit?

Tell me how this release somehow altered the market in SPNG if it was released at it's peak? First you have to prove that it was this information that affected the stock vs. the shares being dumped and based on timelines you would lose. Second, you need to take a lesson in market value. Market value is based on market cap and shares issued. If the share structure is lied about by the company, the market cap is over inflated as is the market. Should a company with 2 Billion shares in June and relatively sparse sales and no assets be trading at $0.28 or is the correction based on the real value of the company? Would you value a fraudulent company like SPNG at a market cap of over $600 Million based on the real share structure and market? if you say yes, you deserve to lose your money.

It seems to me if you had been as concerned 12 months ago about up to the minute accurate data on the number of shares issued, you would be far better off today.
