Good lord I never thought I'd see the day when I posted to support your position but here goes:

My unprofessional reading says the Plaintiffs failed to show common harm, so Class status was denied. Based on the Judges comments, the individual Plaintiffs may also find it hard proving harm to the consumer in the individual cases if He were presiding over that question, however that wasn't what this Judge was charged with. He job was to rule on the Class status and nothing more.
