Remember, according to FFGO's PR regarding Sloane, they could buy up to another 15B shares of common stock. That is roughly 20% of the issued and outstanding. So that means only 3% would be held by us "common" common shareholders. You know, the ones Lumb would never want to give 30 times our investment to!

For that very reason those shares were issued un registered (SEC form "D") and I believe will be bought back by FFGO for the .0034+ then retired.
