Since I am not a big fan of rumors I make it a point to call the T/A on a regular basis and get the sharecounts in the O/S. This is a very easy process and since the company is fully reporting and the T/A is open I would suggest this action to all who are concerned in the least.

I really don't see why there would be any company shares being sold at this time. I believe that if money was needed badly right now that the principles would sell some of their own shares as they have in the past. It will be interesting to see just how much improvement came in the second quarter when the numbers are filed. The first quarter numbers were not very strong as has been pointed out here on the board several times. The company has already said that the 2nd quarter was an improvement over the first and that is what people are looking for is quarter over quarter improvement. The real test will come in the third and fourth quarters which I think will be very, very good.
