Planned plus open=not there yet...unless I missed something?

My understanding is 240 planned. My belief is that any change
is this would have been discussed in the recent prospectus--and we can all see that it wasnt by reviewing pp23. I just dont see any basis in the public record for believing there is
some conspiracy to hide some insufficient or unsatisfactory
result here. If you believe otherwise show me some evidence.
