Legendary/EWB has not yet filed a plan.

However, based on what I heard today, the Disclosure Statement was in the WIP mode and a plan will be submitted by the end of this week.

All interested parties supported terminating exclusivity for Legendary/EWB - there was not a single non-Debtor objection. However, this does not mean they will support the plan.

(1) change of management; and (2) monetization of assets.

I am not sure who said it or the party they represented. The comment came after Judge Thompson expressed concerns with multiple ballots and multiple costs. The result: only one solicitation package.
