Agreed, Cargo - r/s is much greater possibility than having this stock run, as it stands now. ARCA tight on ask now at 6s. It has been brutal to watch ARCA and management destroy this ticker.

I hate to admit this but I agree with you on the Reversal... It's going to hurt us badly... that's why you need at 20 million shares or more if possible...
