This is what I found. If you go to Regenetech's web sit click on ABOUT US than click on COMPANY HISTORY then scoll to bottom of page you find a statement in smaller print that said Regenetech will not join HOTI until HOTI has completed there IPO and all legal requirement applicable by law are meant.
