From the way the last PR read, the deal with 7-11 was finalized. They were just working out the price structure, but the distribution was final. They are two seperate arrangements. One is an agreement for product placement and promotional placement which is steady. They other is for pricing which will be fluid. Of course, that agreement could always be 7-11 saying 'We'll pay you 5 cents a can," which would effectually take them out of the distribution cycle, but it's likely that after they take the time and expense to formalize placement that they will negotiate price in good faith.
