Chemic , this is not what i mean and you know it!

a new pills must have show the benefit for curing people without side-effect ! this is a YES/NO procedure !

With the DVIS , a completly new technology , FDA have to give an approval for a very complexe device with no other device to compare to !



This would be very interesting to know , how many hours FDA spend on the DVIS after the first submission ?
