Not at all, grambke. I know we all wanted to hear that the dividend is cash, but we got the buyout price and historical dividends were addressed. We also learned that the Company will be dormant after the dividends are paid.

Everything is still happening even if we will continue to wait for further details on what the divy is...(is it cash or unrestricted stock or both?), the buyer and the "Record Date" and "Payment Date."
