Seems you got more unreliable phone info dog. The topic you are on has been discussed on this board a long time ago. I dont have the time or the desire to re google all the info about this topic. What I found was about 4+ companys that disney took a stake in that they down the road incresed or purchased. I remembered infoseek so this ws a quick one for you. As well a interesting site I had saved with some quick links. Not sure how acurate or complete it is though.

Disney buys so many companys public or not it is insane. Of course the company would have to want to be fully purchased at the offered price
