in fairness to the company... I don't think it is just several hudred thousand in expenses from the time they acquired the funds this year to now... I'm sure they had many past due expenses... don't forget in the last year they have

1. gone to Italy (not sure how many times before they closed the agreement)
2. I'm sure they went to Poland several times to view the property they are eventually going to build on.
3. Audit/Accounting expenses
4. Office Secretary
5. Office/Rent expenses
6. Attorney/Legal expenses (DTC / SEC etc.)
7. Valuation expense
8. Shareholder meeting
9. JB deserves some form of salary

So as you can see in the corporate world a few hundred thousand can be spent quickly....
