the fact that you havent talked to any doesnt mean they dont exist.

IE, the last ceo I heard from was Steven Moskowitz of spongetech, who threatened to sue me if I posted negative info on him and his company. Knowing my info was correct, I invited him to be my guest, and posted the information. I never heard anything else from him and the end results is that he's been charged with criminal charges, the company is in chapter 11 and heading to chapter 7.
He continues to correspond with "friendly" shareholders , against his lawyers advice, i'd guess, to this day.
I have had communication with others as well and read many transcript posts on other boards where CEO's carry on discussions with shareholders.
It is far from a rare thing. You will find (at least I do) that CEO's of questionable companies will always be happy to talk to shareholders, while the full on big NASDAQ CEO's rarely do.. but then they usually don't need to hoodwink the public while the mostly crooked pinkies find it beneficial to chat with shareholders.
The pinkie culture is impressed with this management ruse and the CEO's know it.
