Actually The entire family went out to eat and we left a very generous tip. As long as the government doesn't take part of that tip away it will end up being spent again and help keep someone else employed. But , as soon as Uncle Sam puts his grubby digits on it you can kiss it good bye... never to be seen again... unless you look for it at the mayors office in Bell, California or at the overpaid school administrators at Long Island. You might also see some of it at Charlie Rangel's beach house or missing in action on Tim Geithner's tax return.
BTW... Just in case you haven't figured it out... I work really hard for my money... I also support local charities as well as help out at the local soup kitchen. I also coordinate activities at our church for giving homeless people a place to live... But you can write this down and save it... I highly resent someone else telling me how much or in what way I should contribute to your well being. I will decide who and how I help... You're not going to make that decision for me.
