Well, I am a newer investor here. I thought message boards were for sharing info. I have read the news releases and I still can't answer the question.

Why did IMGG apply for IDE approval without the intent to use it?

If it's marketing..so be it. If that is the case though I can see why the previous FDA team got pissed off and put them on the slow train.
