I think it was stated many times, that in the first place the PBR in SA is for testing! Please do not misinterpret it.

The only thing I can remember as being a failure
so far is the bogus land deal in PALM SPRINGS. DF
is still here and is addressing each problem as they
arise. Failure is when you walk away from your
endeavor and give up. As much as you would like
to see that happen, it has not.
