If you can get a face to face, put a phone in their hand and just put them in a scenario where they are listening and want to request a song. Actually having them text and feel the phone vibrate as the service calls them. It will probably be the difference in being slightly interested or not at all.
Make sure you test it first! The last thing we want is a misfire on an important sell.
Just trying to help. Don't take it personally, but I met a couple Ambassadors at a Chicago function and one was very impressive. The other barely spoke clear English. If this is going to take off, it needs a kick-start from some top notch salesmen.
