The answer is: just as soon as the accountants finish the financials. At this time the SEC Filings can be submitted. The SEC Filings are actually ready to be submitted to the SEC right now; however, the financials are an additional requirement and all paperwork must be completed in it's entirety.

That is why Ken is turning the heat up on the accountants--they are literally holding up the SEC Filing which would effectively remove the CE. Once the CE is removed the stock will double in pps because institutional investors who are not allowed to play this one due to company policy--will be in immediately following the good news! In addition, the financials will clear the record and everyone will have a better picture of this little gem.
The company has 2,225,000 equity, about 551,000 debt and a 37,000 figure Ken threw at me that was apparently used to pay for the accountants, sales efforts and SEC Filings--all said this leaves $1,637,000 for operations to get those medical patents filed (basically free), FDA clearance for a cancer drug delivery device (pat. 7,637,889 B2), filing pat. for Doc Martin/SSWC partnership (houshold name here), and get more solar stuff on shelves across America--which Bruce has shown to be quite successful at doing.
In reality, just one product of SSWC carried by Wal-Mart and Cabela's in their new line can reasonably generate $$$ Millions of dollars. A single licensing agreement with Johnson & Johnson could fetch an annually occuring muliti-million dollar payday for SSWC. So the SEC Filings and financials are likely to be real shiny! Kind'a like a diamond in the rough!
Ken does not draw a salary, so he will not be taking any money from the company unless it is for business expenses. So far he has spent our hard earned money very wisely. Ken is in his 60's and is doing this project as a culmination of his lifes work. His first solar patent was in the 1970's!
