RS/SS thanks for your question. IMF Trustees is a private company from New Zealand that has built proprietary insurance type products for a variety of organizations throughout the world. They are heavily involved in the medical tourism side of the industry and have extensive knowledge in putting together medical tourism and medical complications policies. They partner with some of the largest LLoyds syndicates and like our portal and structure and that is why we did the deal with them. It will take some time to dot all the I's and cross the tees but it is an exciting opportunity for both parties.
