Trust me I know... they do not have this sort of cash so the entire thought process is unwarranted and by the time they do have the cash from revenues, the pps will be dramatically higher limiting how many shares they would be able to retire.
The best bet is to reduce the total number of shares during a merger with QTIG... sort of a reverse without the reverse.
