I did not get a chance to listen to the call closely, but maybe later today I will listen to it. I'm interested to read the contract, the PR from yesterday was modified/updated.

I agree regarding the R/S. My guess is they will not have the room in the A/S when the preferreds become matured for trading.

So now that the contract is finalized I expect Dennis to release the previous "confidential information" to the public.
