etna2000- The 'LIE DETECTOR" will tell you when, the rest are just guesses. A great increase in volume and stock price means the news will be good and will be announced pronto. Low volume and no jump in share prices tells me "forget it". My opinion is shared by many others and works. Good Luck to you and me.
