Why do you think he shouldn't answer the questions? They are directly related to the relationship and contracts NSPT has with neuron design, and extremley important to the future of the public company.
Of course, if the answers did not make the deal with the public company look good, I can see why.
The contractual understanding between NSPT and the private company is extremely relevant
