On a related note, it has been very difficult to buy any shares at the ask, I think a lot of shareholders are in "wait and see" mode. Hopefully we will get some good news this week and see the volume pick up. GLTA

You probably have figured it out by now, BUT ...
The asked is what a seller is willing to sell for (would you sell for .02??) the Bid is what you should be getting excited about - that is an order to buy. If someone wants to buy for .02, you can quickly oblige them by moving the ask down to meet it. Finding buyers for stocks in doldrums is the hard part :)
