my contention with this prom resources arrangement whereby these
winmax-eatr people have steadfastly maintained they have no real
connection to prom resources inc..they merely are helping prom
with the investor relations 877 # to dave young or the winmax-eatr
address that has housed also prom resources inc..after 4 years of
almost total obscurity for shareholders with this prom resources
and their complete business activities we learn winmax-eatr first
reports in their yearly annual report 09 that over $4 million from
their gemstore and other items with the web...however in this
post i show that the gemstore was not connected with online
traffic pror to november so how on earth could the gemstore do
all this business for their 09 winmax-eatr annual report..now
the winmax -eatr 1st quarterly report comes out with over $5 million in sales through march 31,2010 and in their pinksheets
overview section of the filing the 5 million was accounted by
retail online gemstore and other items from the web..but in the
winmax-eatr teleconference call hosted by GERRY SKLAR the focus
of their sales mentioned by him was through wholesale uncut gems.
quite a difference from their filings cause now the story changes.
let me remind all of you their name change to EASTERN ASTERIA implies SAPPHIRES and the main place on earth for A LARGE CACHE
OF UNCUT GEMS is MADAGASCAR=PROM RESOURCES INC.SO GIVE US THE REAL
STORY GERRY.IMO
