Thanks - that is not really a good bit of information there... 'talks will continue' is less 'certain' than their previous PR's detailing completion/finalization.... talks continuing sounds like indefinite, unknown happenings in the future.

That is just not the kind of detail or clarity that folks are looking for.

So it seems the 8/10 meeting is to let the China Hydro Electric Company understand how their stock will be valuated, what markets to target, which stock exchanges to apply for and what the steps are to achieve their goals.
