Sargent Preston wouldn't the "Bratva" be more interested in a full functioning airline?, Think of the possibilities for crime if they control air routs! Your assertion fails on its face because the "Bratva" could of had this off the ground years ago without penny stock offerings.

yeah wow, the russian mafia has been scamming the U.S. Goverment, the DOT and the FAA for 20 years, holy cow they are good. man how could the US Gov't the DOT the FAA have been so blind...hey wait the US gov't the dot the faa are all in on it, the russia mafia must be running our Goverment, the dot the faa, i finally figured it out...holy crap im like on of the hardy boys, darn those russians are good...whew lucky for us this is a U.S. company...
